Telling on Ourselves
As I was reading through my book today, I came across a section entitled “Telling on Ourselves.” This section is about being transparent as Christians showing that we are great sinners in need of a great savior. As I continued to read through this section, I came across a paragraph that was worth noting:
“When we try to hide our sin, we are hiding the gospel from people. we are working to keep our need for Christ hidden from the eyes of others who need him just as much” (pg. 59).
